Take a traditional cooking lesson with Ray’s family and learn how to make the traditional Garifuna dish “hudut”. Boil and pound the ripe and green plantain in the traditional “mata” and stick. Make coconut milk from scratch. Season and cook the coconut milk and gently sautee the fresh fish fillet. Then sit down and enjoy!
Cooking lessons take 2-3 hours including sitting down to enjoy the finished product and cost $50Bz per person (minimum 2 people).
